Ravensbourne Place is a mixed-use scheme comprising 365 build to rent homes including affordable units and retail space. From the beginning we had a vision for a resident-first approach which creates great homes for people to live in, in an area of Lewisham that is slowing being transformed.
The site was previously a supermarket overspill car park, and what’s replacing it are high quality, generously sized homes with a focus on resident amenity space. The development incorporates a gym, resident’s lounge, landscaped areas and a roof top sky deck amongst other features. We are also supporting local biodiversity through actions to improve the local Ravensbourne River.
Block A has already been topped out and the site is due to complete in 2023, having started in 2021.
