Watkin Jones, the UK’s leading developer and manager of residential for rent accommodation, has announced the appointment of Will White as Partnerships Director, Romain Palpacuer as Investment Director, and James Lambert as Portfolio Manager, further strengthening its investment team as the business continues to execute its long‑term growth strategy and diversify its business model.
The appointments reflect Watkin Jones’ continued focus on building depth and expertise across its investment function, supporting the sourcing, structuring and management of high‑quality opportunities across its portfolio.
Will White joins as Partnerships Director, focusing on developing and managing strategic relationships with Universities alongside other key stakeholders in relation to our on-campus and wider development partnerships. Will joins from Unite, where he was previously Higher Education Engagement Director. Romain Palpacuer joins as Investment Director, where he will be responsible for driving investment strategy and originating new opportunities, drawing on significant experience across the UK real estate market, most recently at Avanton. James Lambert joins from TPG Angelo Gordon as Portfolio Manager and will oversee the performance and optimisation of the wider Watkin Jones portfolio, alongside working on new asset management initiatives.
Collectively, these three hires bring extensive sector experience, further enhancing the depth and capability of Watkin Jones’ investment function.
