Watkin Jones (or the “Group”), the UK’s leading developer and manager of residential for rent, is pleased to announce that it has secured six contract wins. With a combined value of c.£60m across its Refresh and Delivery Partnerships divisions, the awards signal continued progress against the Group’s diversification strategy, strengthening our secured pipeline and enhancing future revenue visibility.
Reflecting growing investor demand to improve compliance, resident experience and operational performance, through Refresh, Watkin Jones has secured five appointments across more than 1,750 PBSA beds in Birmingham, Edinburgh, Newcastle and Glasgow. In addition to the previously announced appointment, Marick Real Estate has selected Watkin Jones to deliver the redevelopment of 38-40 George Street into Staycity Wilde Oxford, a new 145-unit lifestyle aparthotel, further demonstrating the breadth of the Group’s capabilities.
