Watkin Jones has been appointed to Pagabo’s National Framework for Developer-Led Schemes, creating another route for public-sector organisations to work with us and opening up further development opportunities across the UK.
The four-year framework launches on 19th October 2026 and can be used by organisations including councils, universities, NHS trusts and housing associations. Watkin Jones has secured places across Lots 3-6 for relevant development types and geographies.
For Watkin Jones, the appointment creates further opportunities to bring our development and delivery expertise to new projects, build relationships with public-sector partners and support our continued growth into new areas.
The framework provides eligible organisations with a compliant route through which to appoint development partners, making it easier for public-sector clients to access Watkin Jones’ experience and bring forward new residential and mixed-use developments.
