Huge congratulations to Project Manager, Richard Ingram, who has won Gold at the prestigious CIOB Construction Manager of the Year awards 2019.
Richard fended off strong competition to win the ‘Residential Over Seven Storeys’ category for his work on Cardiff’s Bridge Street Exchange.
Richard said: “I am absolutely thrilled. Thanks to everyone for the support. I really am proud of Bridge Street and so it is fantastic to be recognised for the part I played in its development.”
Richard, who was presented his award by TV presenter Kate Garraway, especially impressed the panel of expert judges with the leadership he showed under pressure to complete the 27-storey building.
