To help us make progress, we have an ED&I Charter and a Diversity Network made up of colleagues from across the organisation.
These, and other actions ensure space is created and held, in order for these essential conversations to take place, enabling us to make meaningful change; building upon our culture.
We also work with external specialists to help us progress. We have already achieved the Disability Confident ‘Committed’ employer accreditation, and are due to achieve the next level – ‘Leader’, in the coming months. This is just one example of positive actions we’re taking to help make Watkin Jones Group a great place to work.
